Chapter 9 is translated by Kookie, and edited by Elemintabni & Hakubruh. Also somewhat short, but ch10 is extra-long and the consequent chapters have the usual long-ish chapter length too.
Apparently all of Kookie’s friends wanted to get the Axent Wear cat headphones for her birthday but orders were only open to US , so they bought $20 worth of TicTacs instead, among other things… (and that was after saying “No” in regards to getting $70 worth of TicTacs) >_>”
